This is an original piece called ''Heart of stone''made with oils on a carton sheet.
This lion motif has been with me for a while and I've made a few different variations, but with this piece I wanted to challenge myself. Create more depth, add a bit more realism. I decided to add that extra push to see if I can achieve what my mind was imagining in my own head, What do you think? What does the painting spark for you?
